Upon final delivery and full payment, clients receive a limited personal-use license for private enjoyment, gifting, memorials, family events, and personal sharing. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or monetization requires written permission.
Project timelines vary depending on scope, complexity, and workload. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed due to the creative nature of the work.
Minor revisions may be offered at the discretion of Songs By Sugar. Major changes or rewrites may require additional fees depending on the extent of the requested changes.
